What do I use to protect a cement painted turtle in waterbase paint from the weather..what kind of spay prote?

I have painted a cement turtle with mostly waterbase paint and want to protect from outside elelments ,,what should I use?What do I use to protect a cement painted turtle in waterbase paint from the weather..what kind of spay prote?
clear polyurethane make sure you use the stuff for outdoors
