Can you put roof cement over the spray foam on a roof can you put the roof paint over the cement?

A lot of people give advice when they should just be reading.....anything for 2 points I guess!





Cured Urethane foam ...which is used in roofing... is NOT affected by any KNOWN SOLVENTS! Get some on your hands and try to remove it.....





The best way (cheapest) to redo/correct your ';damaged';


roof .....Is to purchase a product called ';SNOW-WHITE'; roof coating.... It can be applied directly over the old Urethane foam roofing....( I recommend Power Washing the entire roof prior to applying the new coating..... This will remove all loose materials...etc)....Fill any BIG or DEEP holes that go thru the existing urethane foam with (NEW) urethane foam .....(available at any Lowe's)





Granted a new roof may be best..... but a dollar is a dollar... and this ';white roof coating'; will stop the leaks....and protect the existing foam from further damage.... and keep in mind that NO primer is NEEDED!Can you put roof cement over the spray foam on a roof can you put the roof paint over the cement?
A roof ';cement'; will have NO effect on the foam..... and the roof ';coating';.... IS A ';replacement'; for a PAINT.... but is manufactured for roofing, and will not dry out and flake off as a paint will do...!

Once roof foam starts leaking you are in a very bad place.
No, you can't put roof cement over the spray foam because the cement will eat the foam. You can paint over the cement. You can put Isoboard over the foam, then cement the top of the Isoboard.
