Painted cement tank needs to be sealed with clear water proof epoxy .?

Cement tank was painted with inground blue pool paint


but still leaks water out on the side that is next to the


poured cellar foundation .The exposed side do not leak.


350 gallons of water leaded out but cellar floor was dray


as a bone. Foundation covered by dirt so no posibility

It's a no brainer to try coating the tank with a 2-part water-borne epoxy. It's fairly expensive to do, but it's without question the best investment you can make.
