This happned at my job they r building a new structure, they put up a temporary fence but that still didnt stop the sprinkles of cement? what can i do?. can i sue them?.. ask them to paint my car?.. my hood is scatched from the ones i tryed to take off, i stoped once i noticed what it was doing? You should request a new place to park, and talk with your HR department. Eventually they should pay for it, and even may have insurance to cover it. Or they may need to make the construction company pay for it.





But don't just file a lawsuit - you will just make enemies. Try to work with them first. And only if you are sure you could find another good job should you go as far as a lawsuit.
maybe tapping the underside of hood with rubber hammer or similar will loosen it .......i think they are responsible for repair unless you were told not to park there
