My car has Gold metallic Paint. How can I remove the cement attached to it without damaging the paintwork?

Bug and Tar remover first. If that doesn't work try scratch remover. My car has Gold metallic Paint. How can I remove the cement attached to it without damaging the paintwork?
If the cement you're referring to is rubber cement, then get some contact cement remover, put it onto a wadded up piece of paper towel or soft cloth and rub it till it loosens up. Then with a clean part, do it once more to remove any last residue. Xylene works too.

If the cement is real concrete type cement, then you're going to need muriatic acid, gloves and a mask, cause the stuff works, but it's nasty. It won't hurt the paint though. My car has Gold metallic Paint. How can I remove the cement attached to it without damaging the paintwork?
You may want to take it to a detail shop and let them look at. if this is cement that you build things like sidewalks out of you may be able to take a plastic scraper and flake the cement off and the polish it out but if it is cement as in glue then try bug and tar remover or a adhesive remover from a paint supply place hard to tell you the best way without seeing it in person
There are lots of concrete removal products on the market that are used in the industry. Crete Off and Back Set Molecular Cement Dissolver are two that I can think of right off hand.
