How to get off a yellow paint from a cement floor?

You will need a chemical paint stripper such as nitromoze to penetrate the grooves of the cement. Put it on their and it should work. You can also try a water pressure washer if you dont like chemicals. They can lift paint but you may have to clean the whole cement area otherwise you will have a clean patch. How to get off a yellow paint from a cement floor?

Start with a strong bristled nylon brush, hot water and scouring powder. Moisten the brush in the water then apply scouring powder directly to the paint spill. The paint will begin to come off in pieces. It will require a lot of elbow grease but eventually it should come up. For stubborn areas, try scraping with a razor blade.

I've made some assumptions here like this is a paint spill and not that you are trying to remove paint from a cement floor that has been entirely painted (of course if that were the case, you would just repaint.) Also I think this method works best with latex paint. Don't know what type of paint you are asking about. Best of Luck
