House painter made a mess on our driveway, how do I get house paint off a cement driveway?

If the painter was using a latex paint it is easiest to use a product called Goof Off that can be purchased at any paint or hardware store. If the paint that was left on the driveway is oil, use some paint thinner. Either way, apply the given remover and use a small wire brush to LIGHTLY scrub the surface. If you scrub to hard it may scratch the cement. Take more time and use less pressure.

the painter is responsible for any paint that wasn't there before he painted. he should use a power washer. it doesn't take long and he can rent one for about $50 a day. if he won't come back and do it then you can hire someone to take care of it and send him the bill. I'm a painting contractor and that's the rule. may not be a written rule, but still the rule of professional people. why should you clean it ? you didn't do it.House painter made a mess on our driveway, how do I get house paint off a cement driveway?
His mess his responsibility.

No luck w/ that........

As mentioned rent a high pressure washer or better yet a steam generator w/ a cleaning wand.

Dad worked for school system %26amp; his crews used steam ( nasty ) to blast everything from masonry %26amp; pavement.

No chemicals %26amp; less mess, but they also had heavy protective gear.

Best regards
There is a product called graffiti remover which works like a paint lift. After applying you use a deck scrub brush %26amp; agitate the mess then rinse it down. A good paint store will have this in stock.
that is not your responsibility.but the painters.if he wont do it.steve is right.the sooner you do it the better.good luck.
In my experience, as a handyman, spills happen! Go rent a pressure washer with at least a pressure of 3500. Not only will this remove unwanted paint but any dirt and grime from years past.
Apply a commercially available paint stripper. When the paint is lifted just hose off with water. Good Luck
