Spray paint on cement?

hi im in a environmental club


and i would like to spray paint a sign that says ';no dumping'; onto the cement ground next to storm drains





which kind of spray paint should i get?


like which ones will stay one and would be easy to wipe off from the stencil?Spray paint on cement?
Latex will do but I don't think that comes in a spray bomb. pretty well forget about the wiping thing though. Make more than1 stencil. Also you need permission from the city to put markings around ';their drains';Spray paint on cement?
orange floor paint. Just ask for it in home depot. And if you want to be enviromentally friendly, you houldnt use spray paint because it ruins the o-zone layer, get regular floor paint instead, and write it with a brush. Oh, and get permission first because you can get arrested for vandalism even tho it could be for a good cause.
Any aerosol can of paint will work. You can get some paint thinner and a rag to wipe off the stencil.
