I accidently got some on my garage wall, will anything get it off?

Some paint thinner and a wire brush will get the paint off. You can use a bleach solution on concrete to remove grime and mold/mildew stains. Just rinse when you are done.Is there anything that will clean spray paint off of cement?
There are products on the market that will get spray paint off of cement, bleach will make the concrete turn a lighter color and I have not had any success with it working with paint. If the spray paint is fairly fresh try using a stiff wire brush and it may get rid of most of it.
Try some paint thinner.
