Exterior masonry paint, colour thats your choice!Type of paint. outdoor cement wall?
Use Lox on made by sherwin williams..there is no need for a muriatic acid wash on a wall that has cured at least 90 days prior to painting..here is the info on this masonry product....use the lox on primer as well..
main thing to do , is to wash the concrete with Mauriac acid , mixed 50 -50 with water ,starting at the top,use a large brush, to apply the acid, work in small areas, as you do not want the acid to dry before you use clean water to rinse it off, you can use a water hose to rinse it off-- ACID FUMES ARE POISONOUS DO NOT BREATH THE FUMES-OR LET IT GET ON YOUR SKIN-- wear goggles, rubber gloves , long sleeve shirt--- allow the surface to dry completely, may take a day or two--- any good latex paint made for concrete or masonry will do ,apply primer first then 2 coats of paint, you can use a roller to apply the paint and primer
PCBEACH is right the product is Loxon masonry conditioner. Comes in white but, can be 1/2 tinted to the final color
