How and what do I do to paint my cement foundation to last 6 years?

The paint is starting to bubble and chip leaving the foundation which is cement with cracks. What can I use to repair the cracks? and What type of base paint or primer should be used along with a finish paint? Will the paint withstand intense heat for about 6 years? How and what do I do to paint my cement foundation to last 6 years?
I would go to a builder,s supply and get a few bags of whitewash.

You add the water and you can put it on with a broom or a wide

cheep brush. You can get any color you like to mix in. Tip: Be careful

when you mix the color so you get the same amount of color mixed

with the same amount of whitewash. Tip # 2. If the paint your going to paint over is a gloss or semigloss, the above idea should be disregarded.

On cement 6 to 8 wears, on flat paint 4 to 7

You apparently also have intense avoidance conditions. You emailed me a lengthy, condescending diatribe, pretended to ask for a response and then blocked me from responding to you. So was it purposeful and therefore disingenuous and cowardly, or was it inadvertent? I guess we won't know until and if you unblock me and respond.
You need a good masonry sealer.

The paint is not causing the cracks, the moisture in the wall is.

Intense heat? How intense? Why would it get so hot? Paint does not do well under intense heat.
Avoid places like Home Depot or Lowes.Go to a store that specializes in paint like Sherwin

Williams or the such. They will advise you.
